D’laman Greenville by WCT is a showunit project located in Klang. We were tasked to design and built an actual showunit that would sellable to buyers. I was the designer in charge for this project as well as overseeing the construction. The concept for this show unit was high end lifestyle living suited to fit Klang residence and their design characteristics. Rich dark brown woods with bronze mirror and premium wallpapers were used throughout the ground floor of the house. However, on the first floor, each bedroom is design based on a theme and a story to create USP. As the house had a lot of empty walls and with limited budget, we used different variation of artworks to fill up and add more story to the areas.
