Highpark suites was a 5-year high rise residential project. I was part of the design team in charge of this project during my internship period. However, when I joined the team, this project was already in construction stage. My job scope consisted of liaising with clients, consultants, ID contractors and suppliers, producing drawings and 3D and conducting weekly site walk/site meetings to ensure smooth workflow. The design concept was sunrise and sunset with 2 towers either having a sunset/sunrise view. This also applies to our design concept in terms of colour selection and elements. Being an ID Consultant, our scope only focuses on designing the common areas to add USP for buyers of the units.
